Hi, I'm William. I work in IT and have experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, telephony systems, endpoint management and enterprise infrastructure. I enjoy learning new technologies, improving services and solving technical problems. Outside of technology you'll usually find me planning my next trip to Orlando, attending concerts or working on future home lab projects.
